The staff was courteous and friendly as well as efficient. I was greeted pleasantly and my questions were answered immediately. The facility is clean and neat and the staff treated me fairly. I replaced my truck's air and cabin filters because they definitely needed it--not because I was told they were needed but because I was shown the dirty filters. My former oil service provider never mentioned them and they defintely took much longer to do a simple oil change than I spent today for service that included the filter replacements. I definitely will be a repeat customer.

I was so satisfied because I was going to the valvoline in Ocala and they never checked my air filter . They would not take the time to screw my undercarriage on tightly and that’s the only way to change my oil is to take it off . This Valvoline was very proficient and did excellent work. It took a little longer then 15 minutes but I was happy with the new information that I learned and the extra car for my car . This will be the place I bring my car for now on

The day before I came to Valvoline I had brought my wifes car in to the dealership for a complimentary oil change. I made an appointment at 2:15 and for just an oil change and it took them almost 3 hours. The next day I brought my car to Valvoline and the job was done in a matter of minutes including the wiper blades which I asked them to change.Overall it was a great job done by all the employees. All were friendly, courteous and did the job in a short time. The definition of quality is to meet or exceed the customers expectation and this group did exactly that. My expectations were exceeded.
