I went in for a standard oil change our CSR was fine and when it was almost completed he shared that one of the bolts on the oil pan was stripped (which he said must have been from the last oil change) and that the mechanic below tightened it and that they recommended I get it replaced as I will also need a new gasket. I asked the CSR to place the comments on the recommendation so that I could have it when I needed to get it fixed. It was not done and my car now leaks oil when it never did prior. Highly disappointed

I wouldn't say the experience could have been better other than perhaps the pricing. The staff was fine. The pricing seemed pretty high, even with a coupon. The Take 5 right up the street is newer and quite a bit cheaper. I've gone to the Valvoline with various cars for a long time and it is a little closer to my house which is why I go.
