JR completed my service which was awful! I was in the center bay and could hear and see completed services next door. He did not check breaks. Blinkers. Tire pressure. Filter. Or washer fluid level. He changed my oil and that was it. When I asked him to add wiper fluid he said the cord was broken. The manager heard and came over to put fluid in for me. I am a single mom on low income. I save my money from oil change to oil change to ensure I get it done on a regular basis. I can not remember going to any other company or location to have my services done. I have always been happy with the customer service. Paying $100 for such awful customer service and not getting the job completed is absolutely horrible! I am whole dissatisfied!

Staff spilled oil in engine splash pan which leaved all over my garage floor and I had to clean up 3 times. I was worried the oil filter was not installed properly. I was leaving next morning for Atlanta but had to return to Valvoline to fix the problem. This caused a one hour delay in my departure for Atlanta making me late fir a meeting. I am extremely disappointed in Valvoline. I have been a customer many years. I will not go back to this awful, incompetent uncaring location. Somebody should be fired.
