The wait to get my car serviced was over 30 minutes, despite there only being two cars in front of me. The staff failed to indicate that one of the vehicles was in for a lengthy service, reducing them to one bay. One big reason that I choose Valvoline is speed of service, and this trip did not live up to that expectation. The staff were friendly, but they did not seem super knowledgeable and this was the first time that I felt like I didn't receive the best possible service.

I was told I needed to change the transmission fluid, however; they were unable to do due to not having the fluid or filter. They stated that I could buy the fluid and return for them to put it in however, I would have to pay full price including the cost of fluid they did not provide. LOL, they did offer a 15% discount on it.I also was told I needed a new outside compartment air filter; however, they did not have any in stock and said I would have to return. Most likely I will not return there for service not knowing what I might or might not get!

Pine Island Rd. location helped me out by recommending fluid checks on front and rear differentials along with transmission. I recently bought this used SUV with high miles and replaced the front differential. They found the differential empty with no gear oil! Also the trans fluid was black and the rear had never been serviced! I'm really thankful I went to this location because they identified and addressed issues I wasn't aware of, and potentially saved me thousands in repairs. 2 hr wait. Only using one bay. There was vehicle in the other bay then entire time. Was told I needed a brake light bulb replaced and then I had to remind the service person to do the repair. I also had the air filter replaced in December at another site and was told it was time to replace it during the visit. The attendants were also making inappropriate comments and jokes.
