The young man who spoke with me and did everything was great. I asked to check all my tires and add air. He said it was part of the 12 point check. My tires were low by 5 psi in each tire, part of the reason I went on this specific day. They not only were not checked/filled, they kept 2 of my valve covers...on the passenger side. I only noticed when I filled my tires with air the next day. I keep my vehicle nice and noticed the same thing in January when I went. They only kept 1 valve cover that time....I'm really not sure if I will use your services again. It's hard to trust the work- it's evident they did not check or fill tires, they read 30 not 36 for more than 24 hours after and then the valve covers are gone. If they were missing I would think they would have wanted to tell me then...so how am I sure about the oil products being done properly...which is a much bigger responsibility. Thanks for listening.
