Spent 55 min in the service bay in a hot hot car! Teck was learning but the instructor was off doing other stuff, so he stood round grabbing his privates most the time! Spent 1 1/2 here today!!! Never go back to that location on pine Island road again!

Generally excellent service. I was not thrilled about vacuuming the oil out but it seems to have been quite effective and I could see the amount in the clear container. This saves you some labor and saves me the likelihood of a stripped or loose oil drain plug which I have experienced elsewhere over the years. They did tell me the top brake light was out and they could not replace it because it's a LED. I later checked it and it was fine. I believe we had a miscommunication when testing the lights as I thought at the time I was asked to hit the brake pedal. But I am hard of hearing so may have missed that. Not a big deal at all. Everybody very friendly and seemed interested and happy in their work.

This was the worst experience I ever had at a fast oil change location ever. When I pulled up there was on car in the bay, on waiting and then myself. I arrived at 9:45 am and pulled into the bay at 11:05. I never got my car serviced because the manager was beyond obnoxious, did not even acknowledge the wait time as a problem, and the wouldn’t honor a promo because it was from a location in Ft myers. I actually had other promos in my email I could have used but his terrible attitude made me not even comfortable there even though I had waited a very long time. I will never go back to that location. I may never go back to a Valvoline again. After leaving I wrote an unflattering albeit honest review as to what took place on Google. I als scrolled through and saw multiple recent reviews with the same or very similar concerns.

With 3 cars ahead of me, it took 2.5 hours to get my oil changed. I was told when I arrived it would be an hour due to being short-staffed. I waited. After about an hour they opened the 2nd of 2 bays. Once in the bay it took another hour. They used a machine to extract the oil with a small hose send down the dip stick hole. Never had this done anywhere before. Not sure way the still removed the skid plate underneath. After asking if I wanted air filter and battery checked, I replied “No” then a different person came and did it anyways about 20 minutes later. This was my 2nd time getting my car serviced at this location. The first time was great…very thorough and in/out in 45 minutes on a busier day. This time was my last time.
