Did not have the filter for my vehicle in stock. I had to wait for the auto part store next door to open, but it had been open for 45 minutes. They made me leave the bay only to pull back in 15 minutes later. They wanted to charge me $60 for a cabin filter which cost $15 on Amazon. I purchased a great HEPA filter for $26 which arrived the next day. I arrived at 7:20AM, and I left there at 9:10AM. I had 3 different technicians work on my vehicle. One started, then another took over, and the store manager finished. Not sure why that happened. I had purchased a groupon for this oil change. When it came time for the oil change, the Groupon had expired (2 months later). I called and they stated they would not honor the price on the groupon, but they would apply the price I paid for the Groupon to the price of service and if I had a coupon, I could use it. Well, they did deduct the price I paid for the groupon, but they would not honor the 15% off synthetic oil change coupon. The tech said you could not use a Groupon and a coupon. Well the Groupon was expired, so I was not getting the discounted price, so that is very unsatisfactory. And, someone lied to me, or they are incompetent. Overall, not a great experience for my first time visiting your business. I don't think I could in good conscience recommend it.
