The tech used a vacuum machine to suck the oil from the engine.When I saw this happening, I stopped him and asked what he was doing and why.A young lady then came over and explained because of liability issues.This process has never been done before and I questioned why.Was it because of the age of my vehicle or other reasons?The process and reasons should have been told to me before hand and it wasn't.No other vehicles were placed on this machine. Why?
