The details I'm sharing are actually from two visits ago. I've always had reasonably good experience at this location. The price is about the same as my regular mechanic but I I frequent your establishment because of a convenience of not having to make an appointment. The time in and out depends on my place and line, but never has been 15 minutes. That's no big issue but on the occasion to which I refer, I was in the service Bay for well over an hour. The technician was unable to remove the drain plug from my oil pan despite making efforts that rocked my car. They then tried to pump the oil from the oil pan without success. They refunded my payment and it sent me on my way. I purchased a replacement plug from Advance Auto Parts and book an appointment with my mechanic for an oil change. The price was the same for the service and I was out the door within half an hour of my arrival. My mechanic wouldn't specify how many, but told me that I was not the first to have had a similar experience. I never asked to be compensated for the lost time and added expense inconvenience I experienced but it SURE WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE..
