Focus on the customer and company vision this was not an instant oil change by any means . manager was rude when I requested to be change in line to another bay that was open they had me behind a car w that was getting multiple items done time consuming with eye contact from multiple employees standing around chatting. Iam really disappointed with this service location . I am a former Valvoline product distribution from New York .

I do not remember his name but the person helping me was very friendly and knowledgeable and most importantly seemed happy to share that knowledge. I know very little about cars and so I really appreciated his thoughtfulness to take the time to explain things to me without me even asking. My mechanic went above and beyond, he ran across the street to purchase an air filter and cabin filter for my vehicle since they did not have one. My cabin air filter was not easy to get to but my mechanic did not give up he figured it out and got the job done!

Just as I pulled into the bay and shut off engine the technician asked me to restart.....the car was dead...nothing was one and I was panicked but the tech tried it and then suggested he check the barrery, which was loose and had called the problem...he found a tool and tightened the connection. That is service beyond expectations.
