We were greeted at my vehicle immediately upon arrival. We were told how long the wait would be (which was accurate). We were guided into the facility with great care and precision. The oil change took 15 minutes and all fluid levels were checked and topped off as needed. They also checked our lights and filled tires to the correct pressure. We received a detailed printout of the work done. Everyone in the facility seemed genuinely happy to help and took pride in their work. We were very pleased with our experience. Special thanks to Jorge, Jose, and Chris who did most of the work on our vehicle. If we are ever in the area again, in need of an oil change, we will come see you guys.
