Focus on the customer and company vision this was not an instant oil change by any means . manager was rude when I requested to be change in line to another bay that was open they had me behind a car w that was getting multiple items done time consuming with eye contact from multiple employees standing around chatting. Iam really disappointed with this service location . I am a former Valvoline product distribution from New York .

I do not remember his name but the person helping me was very friendly and knowledgeable and most importantly seemed happy to share that knowledge.
