Untrustworthy, got an oil change done here and 2 days later there was no oil in my car. Actually it was the very next day, however I didn't think my car not cranking was due in part of the oil leaking out. I changed my battery instead and the following day the car wouldn't start after cutting it off again! that's when my oil was checked and there was no oil. Went back to the shop about the issue and they took no accountability and blamed me and my car and offered no help as far as replacing the oil. After realizing the issue that they assumed was wrong with my car was in fact not the issue after going to a mechanic and realizing they in fact either didn't replace my oil or did not tighten what needed to be tightened securely after changing the oil. I noted to never come to this valvoline again. Never had an issue with getting my oil changed and especially at a valvoline.
