In all the time I've been coming to this location, there's not been one occasion where I was disappointed. Every single one of your staff is cheery, welcoming and, above all, efficient. You always also have an inherent confidence that all the right steps are being taken and that nothing is being missed - from the call-outs that happen throughout the service to the managerial staff constantly circulating throughout the bays and, in some cases, rolling up their sleeves and "getting dirty."One thing I'd like to suggest is that someone in Corporate has a look at what the makes, including MB, are doing/trying to choke-off the supply of filters to suppliers that are bespoke to their brand or a few brands. I just bought three oil filters from Amazon as I won't be blackmailed into paying $600+ for a two-hour service at an MB dealer 40 miles away just because they have the filter.

First of all none of the regular services that you usually provide were done by the staff. I had to ask to have the lights checked. They did not check tire pressure. The staff member put his fingers on the top of the wiper blade and that was his check. No fluids were topped off besides the oil change. I have been here in the past and the girls that were out on the bays cared about what they were doing. These gentlemen didn’t. That was obvious.

It took over 45 minutes for an oil change once I was in the bay. The staff moved extremely slow, did not explain why the long delay, and had no interest in my satisfaction. I had to check in to find out why they couldn’t simply drain oil, change the oil filter, refill my oil and send me on my way. After expressing my dissatisfaction and that it was taking too long, nobody addressed my concerns or apologized. Manager looked over one time and then walked away. Overall time after waiting to pull in the bay was over an hour.

The staff was friendly, but didn’t always seem confident in what they were doing. The young man who was checking my tires for air had to open the car door twice to look and see what the pressures should be. The young man who checked my cabin filter took off my glove compartment door and had a heck of a time getting back on, to the point I was a little concerned he might have broken it at first. Overall they did a pretty decent job, but they just seemed like they needed a little more confidence in their work. The only other complaint would be the hour wait to get into the bay for the oil change, but that is no one’s fault, all the bays were open and all employees were working diligently to get the cars through the bays in a timely manner.
