Valvoline Instant Oil Change

The stars are given because the mechanics are nice nothing to do with the rest of the situation Was given a coupon by customer care as colonial location didn’t give me the full service I paid for. They specifically told me I could take it to another location so I drove thirty minutes to this location. All they have to do is scan the coupon , they didn’t even want to try it . The manager just simply did not want to accept it for some reason. I’ll be calling corporate to double check. Why would I take it back to the same garbage location especially when corporate told me to come to this one instead , the coupon was totally legitimate. .i wasted my Time because the manager here wanted to play games and have a power trip. The coupon is scannable obviously , it takes one second . Manager jsut didn’t “feel like it” as a customer that has come here for ten years to valvoline I have never been treated this way before . Will def not come back to either location. Thanks alot! What is it to you if I. Have a coupon??? It was not location specific ! *make sure to double check they actually change your oil as the last location didn’t do tire checks, oil change, battery or light checks, they opened my hood showed me the dipstick and I was out in under 3 minutes no joke*** I should have been able to use this coupon here as directed by corporate and will be reporting this manager, what a rude person. It was NOT location specific , had the Manager actually had the balls to come over and look at the coupon they would’ve seen thatz Literally what is it to you???

Trevor is one of the managers and he makes sure you run you by every step of the service and any other services he recommends, usually tries to upsell but super knowledgeable.

Service was excellent..Trevor was extremely professional, helpful,, clear and knowledgeable. Will return again. Excellent customer experience....Highly recommend...
