First, sitting in your vehicle while watching the staff service the vehicle and interacting at the same time is extremely satisfying. Everyone was so polite and courteous. My summer home is up north where I also use valvoline and the service is good but not even close to this location. This is probably my third or fourth time using this location and the service level as always been the same. Not much room for improvement. Nice job guys. Keep it up!

When I arrived, waited in line. Drove up, they went though the information process. I guy left the area. returned to tell me they didn't have my type of oil in stock, But I could go buy some down the street and bring it back. I explained to the guy that Oil Changes is what you do . How could you not have it. He said he was sorry and there wasn't anything he could do. it was a waste of my time. So I went and got the oil came back and waited in line again. When it was my turn to drive up my van wouldn't start. My battery die, so I ask the guy if they had battery's he say yes, I asked him to replace it. And he came back and told me they didn't have one that would fit my van. I had to have it towed across the street. 2 hours & $100.00 later plus a battery. it turned out to be a $400.00 day. NOT HAPPY.
