The guy who took care of me seem to have tried to scam me. He tested the battery told it was poor I told him is basically new he tested again so I can take a picture of the tester saying that’s is poor and show it to advance auto parts were I bought it I did take the picture and the young man says again let me test one more time (a third time) then the test was accurate and the battery is in perfect conditions. I’ve been using Valvoline oil change for years and this was a bad experience and if something similar happens again I’ll start going to jiffy lube thanks

I had a great experience with all the employees at this location but Joshua was very helpful. I will definitely keep coming back to this location because of the speed and efficiency. Plus everyone was welcoming.
