My experience resulted in a leak on my garage floor after an oil change. I called the manager about it and they said to bring the car back in. When I went back they ran some tests and checked for leaks. There were no leaks and they explained to me that during the oil change that some old oil was not cleaned up during the oil change and thatu2019s what was leaked on my garage floor. The manager expressed his apologies and offered me 50% off on my next oil change. I felt that was fair and I will remain a customer. I think the manager was very helpful in explaining what happened and I felt that the issue was resolved and restored my confidence in Valvoline oil change.

Getting an oil change is always a long process with the waiting and hoping it doesnu2019t intrude on plans. Something that should be an in and out shouldnu2019t be so complicated or long. The employees were all knowledgeable and were keeping me updated on what needed to be replace and if I wanted to replace it right then and there instead of replacing without my consent. They walked me through every step and what to do. The employees didnu2019t try to scam me or force anything upon me. The service I received was a great first impression and having to wait in the comfort of my own vehicle was the best. I couldnu2019t be happier and will definitely be returning for my next oil change.
