I have had an oil leak for a while and I was fully aware of it. However no clue how to fix it and on a very limited budget. I don't know his name but this guy took the extra effort and told me the exact part that I needed and suggested I find a mechanic. After I left I did find a mobile mechanic, spoke to him, got the part and my car was fixed within about 3 hours later. I wish I knew his name just so I could do an additional thank you.

I specifically asked if the fluids were topped off. He told me yes and pretended to check. When I got home, not only where the fluids not topped off, but the coolant was empty and the power steering fluid was low. In addition the tires were not properly topped off. I don’t like being lied to. I understand mistakes happen, but to tell me to my face, you did something that you didn’t do is not acceptable.
