There was a puddle of oil on my garage floor after my oil change. My husband also noticed that the cover was loose. We took it back and they put the screw in but said the oil puddle was from a slight leak in my oil pan gasket. Funny, I never had any oil leaks before the oil change or after I cleaned up my garage floor. Could it be the oil was not wiped off of the frame after the change? I will not go back to Valvoline and will definitely caution others.
