They were training new employees but little direction by whom ever was the trainee. Forgot to put my new wiper blades as they told me to drive away n left new blades lying on windshield. Can’t tell u how bad it was as it was first visit n last

They didn’t install my wiper blades correctly and didn’t reinstall my under engine cover correctly, now it is just hanging. Staff were nice and polite, maybe they were just having an off day, however it makes me worry about what else they could’ve installed incorrectly. I definitely won’t be back and will be going to the dealership from now on.

I had nothing wrong with my van, driving all the way from Chicago, but after I pulled in and had my oil changed and two filters changed my car check engine light went on. I turned around and came back, they checked out my van and said the problem Had nothing to do with what they did. I never have a problem with the car prior to this day.

Only problem was cost higher than expected and the oil filter gasget failed and leaked. When I returned it took a few minutes to get the attention of someone to advise I was hear for a problem. Once with the team the knew exactly what to do and replaced with a filter that was known not to fail. Just wish they were not instructed to install the bad one in the first place.

At first i was confused about why I couldn’t get my tires rotated. The manager recommended a local service center. After discussing the issue with lug nut removal with the local garage i went back to ask about the issue. At that time Daniel explained basically the same thing the local garage said. I couldn’t figure out why the Manager couldn’t tell me why in the first place. He just said he couldn’t do it. ?????
