The manager or person attending us asked his crew member that we wanted the rear differential service done. The crew member told him he could not find the cap. The person attending to us went down and said they need to be retrained. Then the crew member under the car said that he found the cap. It was a very disappointing experience

fast professional serviceHowever, i have 3 cars and you do not send enough coupons - so some of my services are done at jiffy lube since they send me far more couponsthis is not good for you or for me. how can we change this?the number of coupons you get should be based on how many cars you have in your valvoline profile and not just the same number for each customer

I would say that just because of the fact this is a place where cars go thru all day long I would highly recommend the floor needs to be clean. During my visit I check in in perfect condition and as soon as I get out of there I had to turn back because I hear a strange noise in my car and I hear it instantly. So I have to turn back and ask them to check the noise and it was a flat tire caused by a nail. It screwed up my whole day beside of the fact that I had to pay $35 to fix it. However the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful on discovering the problem and recommend a place to be fixed. Hope this only happens to me and not other clients.
