I've dealt with the Chief Service Technician before. He's knowledgeable and skilled. The associate topside technician started to disassemble a K&N brand air filter housing which was clearly marked -PERMANENT AIR FILTER / DO NOT DISCARD. OK, so this was a learning experience for her. The drainage pit technician spilled oil on the catalytic converter protection shield. It smelled pretty good and required an undercarriage car wash. Seems to me twenty, (20) laps around the building with an upside down oil filter over his head , shouting "one-two-three, drip the oil on me" should give him the idea. Other than those two (2) items, it was all good.

Not only were they pleasant, informative and professional, but my car key chose then, to break off from my fob So I inserted the bear key blade into ignition and turned it, it would start but then immediately shut off.. The manager Was obviously a mechanic, his knowledge and expertise was quite apparent. He tested the battery and that was not it, checked a couple of other things, and then took the broken key fob and held it up to the ignition while turning the key blade. That did it! Said it's a safety feature on car fobs. They were so pleasant and so nice! To help me like that. And oh yeah, the oil change was Blazing. Valvoline should be very proud of this store and the entire staff that was there today.!
