Didn't enter coupon for $20 off. Told me to contact customer service. Pricing charged was different the what was told. -hours later still no call from customers service. They didn't honor coupon. Maybe this is what they do?

11212 beach location
Paid $140 to have them leave over a gallon of air in my coolant system because they didnt know the proper procedure to do a coolant flush on a grand carvan with a 3.6 penta-star (the most used engine by chrystler / dodge) they admitted they didnt know how to use the air bleed off valve, I had to show them how to do it In the parking lot (laying on the asphalt in the rain) after they couldn't get all the air of the line and sent me on my way with air in the system, ended up filling my radiator with water from the spigot to get home and then doing my own coolant flush in my driveway.
Made me pay before they were done
Refused to give me a refund
Emmett is the only one there who knows anything about cars, also he is very kind.
