The service was fast, employees were polite and did not try too hard to sell me a lot of services I didn't come in for, though they did show me the recommended maintenance schedule. I'll be back next month for more service.

Apparently “instant” means a 25 minute wait when there’s only one car in one bay and two in the second. First time going to Valvoline and I couldn’t get service. If you look at the real picture of the building (not the generic AI picture) it’s a teeny building on a teeny lot. There’s no way they could handle more than a few vehicles and provide the quick service they falsely advertise. There’s around 6 or so other places on Beach Blvd so don’t be like me and waste your time. Keep driving.

Love this store. I come here every time for my oil change and occasionally another service. They are always so kind, knowledgeable, and eager to help.
