Air Filter was never checked. Oil level was never shown to me. I came in for ALL recommended services from last time and nothing was offered to me. I did leave with a piece of paper suggesting recommended services for next time, but was offered nothing at the this time of service.

I asked them if they were able to add an oil treatment solution I had purchased and brought to the store. They did not inform me that they were going to charge me $9.99 for an "extra oil charge". I had already paid for the oil treatment when I bought it from Walmart. I asked them to add it simply because they were already adding oil, if anything, it costed Valvoline less oil to fill my reservoir. If i had known, or been told, they'd charge me 10 dollars, I would have just added it myself at home. Very dissatisfied with this service.
