I drive a brand new Ford F350 power stroke truck. $85,000.00 truck.The technician, Scott, who supposedly was a new employee spilled about 1/2 quart of oil over my new truck engine with 6000 miles on the truck! I am not happy! I wish that I never brought the truck to your store. They did attempt to clean up their mess, but still have the smell of the oil burning off the engine and some dripping oil onto my driveway!I feel that I should not have been charged for this oil change!

I also was not told that they did not have the wipers on site that someone would be bringing them over, I didn’t wait long but I did have to wait for that. I'm assuming the manager (based on how he interacted with me/team) was very honest and informative. A few items did need to get replaced, and I was almost certain they needed to... however, he said my wipers were still good and my air filter was at half life. That may seem like a small thing to some. This was consistent with the last 2 visits as well so they've built a lot of trust with me. If they recommend something that I wasn't aware of in the future, I'm almost certain they have my interests in mind. I've referred several people and will continue to use that location! Thank you
