I will give it a 2 star and not a 1 because they did change my oil. The customer service was dead and sub-par. There was one guy with a nose ring (and I only describe him this way out of respect for not knowing his name), who didn't crack a lick of welcome or emotion. It made me feel very awkward and I TOTALLY understood this was JUST a job to him and nothing else was important. He hardly seemed to want to answer my questions, like it was a task. He didn't even remember to reset my oil life alert. I won't be going there anymore, as he made the place seem dead and lifeless.
