Personel seem to be undertrained for the job, last visit they even removed the headlight to install air filter and after much time Lost they said they didn't have it. No lights checked and only after I asked them to do so. More than half hour for an oil change

If I could leave zero stars I would. I went in for a simple oil change, and when they told me I was good to pull forward, somebody was still under my car and everybody started screaming. It was terrifying! When I was finally good to go, I got onto the road and my car started making a horrible sound. I pulled into the nearest mechanic, tire kingdom, and they noticed that Valvoline never put my splash plate back on, and it was now destroyed. They also never filled my tires with air like I asked. I will never be coming back here again, and I have told everyone I know to never ever ever go here!
