The staff were friendly to one another, but not very customer focused. Every time I’m there it’s a whole new group of staff. They mentioned my cap to my coolant reservoir tank was missing, & that it was empty. I pointed out that this establishment was the last to be under my hood, which means it wasn’t put back on properly. They blew me off when I pointed this out. It’s now costing me $54 to get coolant & a cap.Also, when I was there 6 1/2 months ago they pointed out how dirty my air filter was, and how badly it needed changed. I agreed to purchase a new air filter, and then they came back to me stating they did not have the one that I needed. Now… During this visit, with my air filter never being changed, no one mentioned one word to me about my air filter being dirty. Weird… How was it horribly dirty six months ago and needed replaced, and now it was absolutely fine?! I am confused… Either someone was trying to upsell me, something, or this crew wasn’t being very thorough. Each time I’ve gone the service has gotten worse. I tried to reach a manager before submitting my review, but couldn’t reach him .

I was the first customer at 8:00 AM. No other vehicles were waiting. I was there for an oil change only. My service began soon after the doors opened. About 5 or 10 minutes later two other vehicles lined up at the next lane. The service for the car in the next lane was finished at about 8:20 AM and work started on another vehicle in that lane. My oil change wasn't completed until about 8:45. So much for a so-called 15 minute oil change. Then about an hour later, I received a phone call at my home telling me that your service people forgot to replace my engine cover. So I returned to your service center to have it installed. This required another hour of round trip driving. Needless to say, I am not very happy about this.
