They did not do a full check like other valvolines. I went to this location because it was close to where my child did a haircut and expected more from the reviews it had. They did my oil change but did not so light checks, brake check, transmission.. didnt even ask if i needed new wipers? Didnt check my antifreeze or anything else. They did oil change. I had to ask for them to check my tire pressure..

The oil filter not in stock. Overall took 90 mins for oil change. Paid $100 for the oil change. I think the oil was laced with gold. I have never paid $100 for a simple oil change. This was not communicated at all until service was done. Never checked or filled tires. They needed air. No testing of lights. It’s a new car but these are very simple and part of the normal service

When I got home. Discovered oil puddle under car. I put the van on ramps and discovered an oily mess around oil filter. Zero effort was put into cleaning after oil change ”expert” worked under the van. I personally change the oil in this van and know it’s actually pretty easy to keep clear of oil during oil filter removal. I went and spent good money (more than a dealership) to quickly get the oil changed. But since I had to get under it myself to clean up someone else’s mess, I could have saved a bunch of money and my time. I have been to this facility numerous times before and did not have any issues. But now the price and workmanship has driven me from going back.

Waited 50 minutes for service person in front of me was already being serviced. Attendant was trying to sell me services I already had done 13,000 miles ago at dealership. Never fully explained the services that were included with oil change. Just said we usually add fluids , which I thought was an extra charge , so I told them not to do that. Looked like he had a script to follow as far as sales And was going though sales pitch even though I told him I just had a 60,000 full check up at the dealership several months ago.

The technician in the pits constantly use the drill to remove my drain plug, which only means because of the duration that he’s possibly stripped it for the next oil change even the manager above ground, had to go down and tell him to use a torque wrench versus constantly using neumatic
