The manager at the store Junior was very rude tell me to hurry up and pull in because he didn’t have time. There was no one else in line behind me. Luckily you have to other employees Edward and Nassan were amazing friendly and apologetic for the way the manager was speaking to me.

They barely changed my oil and asked if I wanted my lights checked, didn’t check or give me air in my tires (and they knew I was about to drive about 1000 miles) the manager was a complete jerk. At least the guy at the computer who took my card was pleasant

We arrived at 3:20-3:30pm for an oil and a transmission fluid change. They did not have the lugnut lock socket for my vehicle so that they could service the transmission fluid, but luckily we had one. We were waiting until 5:20pm for the services to be completed and in the meantime, several cars had their oil changed while ours sat in their bay. When we received our car back, there was oil on the inner door handles and on the passenger seat. I usually go to the Valvoline in Palm Bay on Malabar and Babcock, where I’ve always had great service. We’re highly dissatisfied with the north Melbourne location and won’t be back.

I was very impressed with Logan! He was very well spoken and knowledgeable about my new vehicle and the various services recommended for future visits. He explained the procedure for those services very well. He showed me how to set the maintenance service control, as well as other features on my vehicle. He checked the cabin air filter, which was the first time in decades at any Valvoline I have ever been to, that that service was performed. All of the staff members that day were cheerful and pleasant to deal with. I was given a heads up about how long it was going to take to get to me, and as services were completed on other vehicles, they made sure I was moved from one bay to the next to be serviced in the order I got there. This was the best experience at a Valvoline I have ever had! Kudos to everyone!

The service was fine. I was not happy that the service did not have a grease gun to apply grease to the areas of the car that needed to be serviced. Every year modern automobiles are equipped with fewer items that need attention (like a grease fitting.) My automobile needs that service. That is the only reason I might look to going somewhere else.
