5.0 out of 5.0

I stopped in on this past Thursday to the Valvoline on S Dixie Highway in Perrine on Thursday, my first time, for an oil change. I have been going for years to the Firestone on SW 152 St, and was becoming disenchanted with their consistently rising prices & inexplicable long waits, sometimes hours for a simple oil change. They push you to make an appointment, which is often weeks in the future, and even if you do, you wind up waiting anyway because they're always behind. I was in & out of Valvoline in maybe 20 minutes, had a basic oil change which cost less than $50.00, and was attended to by two very friendly & knowledgeable techs, Jake and Alex. You don't even have to get out of your car which was great for me as I have severe leg issues. I am really pleased with the experience, & will definitely return for future oil changes and will recommend Valvoline to all my friends.
