I have been here multiple times but had a new tech who said he was the manager. He was not friendly and mocked my air filter that I did not want replaced. He was a bit aggressive in trying to "sell" me recommended services. I have always been extremely happy with the above and beyond service and friendliness. This was unusual and maybe he was having a bad day. He ended up not finishing me up, another tech did and he was great.
