(1) The price quoted over the phone (at the same location and for the specific vehicle) was lower than what I was charged once I arrived. Even with a coupon, I still had to pay $15 more than I was told over the phone.(2) I had to pay extra for the u201cluxuryu201d oil and yet it was poured from a random container rather than from the dispensers. I donu2019t know what kind of oil was in that container, and thatu2019s clearly a container that they often reuse, so the oil might be contaminated.
