I chose the full synthetic and the ticket on the windshield was given for 3k miles. I asked why since it’s synthetic it should allow me to drive anywhere between 7500 and 10000He answered no and it’s only for 3k miles Online when researching this matter, it shows that Valvoline full synthetic should give you up to 10,000 miles so where is the disconnect?

Tech lost my air filter cover clamp. He said he will replace it in about a week it's 2 weeks now and they don't know when it will be here. Mgr John (big boss)didn't want to talk to me about it. I had to ask him. When I came back after a week he didn't show his face. Funny thing Honda parts dept is less than 1 mile away from them.
