I'm a retired 65 year old woman. I went in for an oil change yesterday morning and ended up with a broken oil pan and an engine leak! I have been coming to this location (Mount Dora) for 4 years and never had a problem. I was there over an hour. I could hear the guy pulling and ripping the oil pan then a pounding sound on metal underneath the car. The guy comes back and says oh by the way your oil pan is broken, your engine is leaking and bolts are stripped!!! I told him that it was impossible because this is the only place I bring my car in and NEVER had a problem. His response was "It Happens".......and continued to sell me services that I did not want. I asked for the manager and he replied that he was a manager trainee. What ever that means. He did not get me a Manager or take ownership of what he did to my car. I left with a migraine. I hope this doesn't cause me to have an accident while driving. I will be contacting Corporate and BBB. Will never come back to this location.

Came here on Christmas Eve hoping they were open and they were! They were so quick and efficient! I would like to point out Heath and Brettwere so kind and helpful. Heath was thorough at explaining my recommendation! Will be coming here again!
