Valvoline Instant Oil Change

From the time i entered the lot and got in line, I spent nearly 45 minutes waiting to be pulled into the bay. Nearly all of the tech's seemed like they had nothing but time on their hands and did not seem to be in any kind of hurry at all. While i would not want the tech's to rush through the process and risk making a mistake, they need to be more aware of the wait time for their customers. I mentioned to the tech that they were moving kinda slow today and his excuse was they had a lot of people training today. I get it, when you have to train people, things have a tendency to slow down somewhat but the speed in which ALL OF THEM WERE MOVING WAS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I was under the impression that this oil change service was supposed to be 15 minutes or less, IT WAS NOT AND IS NOT THE CASE WITH THIS FACILITY. With that being said, I have always had great service at this location and the crew has always been very attentive to the customers needs, Just NOT THIS TIME. Time is a very Valuable commodity especially in these days and times and people are not willing to waste time waiting to be served. I even witnessed a customer who did not even wait as long as I did, leave because the crew was moving so slow. I will return to this location and I hope that the next time will be much better. Also, The price for this service is too much for the service I received, I even had to remind the tech to check the air pressure in my tires. I am completely dissatisfied with the service i received today. For the money I paid, The service should have been exemplary. I give this location An "F" for today's Visit.
