The manager Ryan was very rude & unprofessional. I was in my truck for well over an hour waiting for oil & cabin filter to be replaced. I didn’t trust Ryan to change my cabin filter but he smashed it up Beyond the ability to reuse it so I was forced to pay for a new filter. I filed a claim because now my blower motor is full of debris and they did not have a vacuum cleaner in the facility so all the debris from the filter has dropped into the blower motor, causing a loud noise inside the truck when I turned the air conditioner on. I told The manager I was filing a complaint about his poor workmanship and attitude. I asked him three times for a business card or write down his net full name. He said the company does not issue business cards and he would not give me his name. The kid that checked under my hood, didn’t even have the knowledge to know how to set the oil change gauge. Overall, a terrible day and truly a waste of time I wish I had taken it to the car dealership. I filed a claim with Cathy and it’s been two days and I’m still waiting for someone to get back with me about fixing the blower motor.
