The lead staff didn't communicate very well...and I asked him to relay the info about putting in the oil drained plug to the mech. Actually doing that function- the last oil change with valve line didn't tighten the plug and dripped oil (over a period of time) creating a cleanup and crawling under the vehicle and snuging it down a couple of foot lbs. And replacing the washer on the plug..

The price of the work done was about twice what I would have paid in Mississippi where I resided before moving to Florida. Additionally, when I asked about a Military discount, because I served 20 years in the US Navy, the gentleman told me, "Corporate took that power away from us." So, I will spread the word about it and I will never use Valvoline services or products again.

For a first-time customer, I didn't know what to expect while arriving at the facility. I made contact with one of the employes in the back of the service center. He indicated to drive up to bay #2. While doing so, I heard someone yelling to hold on. I understand the risk of driving to a bay with without someone guiding you into the bay, but they didn't need yelled to stop as I was doing what the employee told me to do. Initially, I took it personal but then I figure it wasn't worth the headache for me to say something about it. I
