While putting air in the tires the tech broke the valve core and walked away because they didnu2019t have a valve core or tool in the shop. I had to drive to auto zone to purchase a core and tool all while my tire was severely low. The tech even mentioned that this had happened before, but no one had a clue on what was wrong or how to fix it, I asked repeated my if they had a valve core tool and received blank stares as a response. The team at this point continued to put air into the tire as if it was magically gonna stay with no core to hold it in. I would highly recommend that if youu2019re going to offer to mess with someoneu2019s tires you are competent on how air pressure and valve stems work. Itu2019s literally $8 for a tool and a pack of 4 cores, and maybe a 5 minute class for a staff that I probably wouldnu2019t trust to do anything other than an oil change after this disgrace.

The guys are all super efficient and very friendly. I feel I can trust their work. The only issue I had was after leaving and driving a mile to another Valvoline (for tire rotation) all of my system lights on dash were flashing and beeping. After having tires rotated, we couldn't get the car to move out of the bay. The technician, Van, was finally able to move it out, gunned the engine, and then reset the system. All is good now.
