I waited over 30 minutes just to be seen, and the total time spent for a simple oil change was approximately two hours. The delay was further extended because the correct oil filter was not available on-site and had to be retrieved elsewhere. Customer service was below expectations, with staff appearing disengaged while customers and vehicles were waiting to be serviced. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not return to this establishment.
