Was sent a 15% off coupon for services. Needed an oil change, first the coupon would not scan. The rep saw it was valid and said he would apply the discount. I purchased the oil change, tire rotation, and even the air filter change I could have done myself. When I paid I saw the discount applied, all good. But wait, reading the bill it was applied only to the tire rotation and nothing else. I saved $5.25 when it should been more than $15. This is not the first time, Bowie refused to honor any coupons. I am done, back to Goodyear.

Act like the cared we have five vehicles we bring into be serviced on a regular basis.we have a company account.the person who worked on my vehicle did not have the right name on the paperwork .I asked him to change the oil readjustment and he acted as if I was putting him out.l asked him for a new sticker for my vehicle and he handed me it he was not putting it on.
