Why do you offer tire rotation service and not check the tire pressure and inflate as necessary? My tires were slightly under pressure and I was sure that you would have check it. Otherwise, I would have went next door to Discount Tire, which I will next time. My car has tire pressure readings on my dashboard and that is why I know they did not inflate the tires, as required. Checking and correcting the tire pressure was something that doesn't cost you anything. Why omit the service. Had I been told that it would have cost me another $5 to have them take care of the issue, I would have gladly paid it. I didn't appreciate having to drive off and find out it wasn't done.

first issue was the gentleman helping me insisted I NEEDED A BATTERY went to the extreme to tell me it was leaking. It was not and I had just had my battery and alternator checked that dat and had report with me perfectly fine. Then he proceeded to add $220 to my bill assuming he sold it to me showing me his meter saying bad and replace. Then he said lights over license were out, so frustrated with him I just said replace them to get him away. Well I look at the screen and my bill said $347. I asked him what was that, he gave me this look, and took price of battery off, then turned screen so I couldn't see it. I had to tell him twice about $10 coupon. I get home light is hanging over my license plate, open my hatchback and the pushed the backing off it was flapping, then I see an extra $3 added for extra oil, why would I have that charge? I have used your place for years, I will never go in that particular one again. He was rude, arrogant , and the service was less than adequate.. If you don't know how to put a light in don't offer especially after paying $25 for 2 bulbs do I expect to find things destroyed.
