Pulled up outside of the bay, got out of my car and asked one of the workers if they do tire rotation at this location. He said yes so I pulled up and got in line. There was a car in the bay and I was next in line. I waited for his service to be completed then pulled up. The worked then told me that they couldn't do the tire rotation because they didn't have the right tool for a Genesis GV70. Would have been nice to know before I got in line and waited. This is a flawed business model if you can't complete the service you advertise you can or basic cars like a Genesis. Will be my last trip to a Valvoline store.
