Called ahead to see if the proper filter was in stock (my car is a diesel and sometimes hard to expect on location) and they confirmed. Arrived at 9:55am, waited a few minutes for the car in front, and I was out of the shop by 10:20am. The entire team (Keondre and Dwayne serviced my vehicle) was exceptional, friendly, kind to my kids, and the manager on duty came and chatted for a few moments. The customer service was exceptional. I tried scheduling a few appointments around town with some shops quoting $200-$300 for oil and filter. I was going to do it myself if this option failed, but the team at this location has me sold and recommending to everyone. They even made sure I received the best discount available, and my total cost was less than what I would have paid to buy the oil, filter and do it myself. Will be back to this location, again!
