Most of the team was shouting across the bays, hooting and making animal noises. Nobody seemed to be paying attention to their job. I could not hear what the attendant was saying to me in the window. The air conditioning service was unacceptable. First they couldn't find the low pressure port. I had to look it up online for them. Then I was told the system was overfilled although it had worked flawlessly for the past three years with no service whatsoever. I still have no AC in the car after their service. I had another car in for an oil change several weeks ago and that time the service was quite good. This crew was just out of control.

This location is hard to figure out - either itu2019s great service or you have definite areas of improvement needed. So this time I thought great only 2 cars ahead of me in the bays . Waited outside for 15 minutes and at least 30 in the bay. Plenty of help many not appearing to be doing anything at all . I knew my guy below was done draining the old oil and I felt him tighten the nut . Heu2019s yelling u201cready for oil bay 1u201d at least 3 times . Took 10 more minutes to do that even with all the help ? So Iu2019m looking behind me and thereu2019s like 5 more vehicles and no sense of urgency or only certain employees were approved to do only certain things ? One other suggestion since you asked the question- I donu2019t think it should be allowed to u201cvapeu201d while working on my car . I felt like saying something but didnu2019t want to be confrontational (was that tobacco or synthetic canabinoids ) in the vape ?
