Haven’t had an issue with this location, I used the Pine Ridge location last week for a different vehicle and yet this location managed to annoy me needlessly. … head office customer service Heather took care of everything and I reinstated the rating to 5 stars as agreed upon.

Service was good but pricing is outrageous! My CSR tried to upsell me everything which I understand but 59.99 for a cabin air filter? I could have ordered one for half that and had I not had a coupon for $20 off I would have left and should have but I made a dumb decision decision not to and the oil change was $129.00. I will NOT go back at these prices. And I shld have gotten an Air filter with the oil change and did not.
