it was the same oil used as previous visit's but the recommended mileage between changes from 5k to3k. Told the system defaults to 3k what happen to the 5k from the previous visit. Told I could wait to 5k if I wanted, Doubt I will visit this station.

My vehicle has a transmission engine area shield. I did ask my service representative to confirm that the shield was properly installed after the oil filter change, as I have had a shield fall off within a mile from a previous Valvoline oil change. The representative did not re-confirm the shield installation was good. I did check when I got home and everything is OK.
