I was asked if I wanted a new cabin air filter. I told him no I already had one at home. He proceeded to give me a new one anyways. So instead of just using the filter I already had at home I had to buy an entire new one and pay an obnoxious amount for them to install it which takes two seconds. I am still in shock that this even happened.
