Valvoline Instant Oil Change

file a complaint regarding the oil change service performed on my vehicle on [insert date and location if you have it]. Since the service, my vehicle has been experiencing serious issues, including the check engine light turning on and the car having difficulty operating properly. When I opened the hood, I noticed that the front engine area was covered in oil, which was not present before the service. Yesterday, I was sent an apprentice who stated he had no responsibility related to the oil change service. I was later informed that the company is not taking responsibility for the issue. I have already visited the location and was told the same thing. I am extremely concerned and frustrated because I now need to take my vehicle to another mechanic for diagnosis and repairs, which is causing additional unnecessary expenses. I believe this situation is a direct result of improper service performed at your location. I have been very patient throughout this process, but I have now been dealing with this issue for three days. During this time, I have been unable to work properly and have been left stranded multiple times due to my vehicle's condition. I am requesting that Valvoline take full responsibility for the damages caused and cover all related diagnostic and repair costs. I expect a prompt response and a resolution to this matter. If necessary, I will take my vehicle to a mechanic of my choice for proper diagnosis and repairs, and I expect Valvoline to fully cover and reimburse all related expenses caused by this issue. Had to make a quick stop to get an oil change that I kept forgetting about lol and saw this shop as I was driving. Went in and the Service was amazing. The guys were extremely helpful and useful. I would recommend them to anybody.

Terrible and unprofessional technicians that i spent over 2 hours for 15 min oil change visit! Im professional uber limo black suv operator that before busy friday evening wanted to change oil and keep working after the service i came arround 5pm And left arround 7pm due to techician fault whule he checking oil filter engine coolant resorvair hoose started to leaking to windshield.after fixed the issue he said must dry minimim 1 hour engine shouldn’t be on therefore he suggested me to go outside maybe restaurant for dinner or whole food market etc!i went to shopping plaza on us1 and backed to service area 1 hour later to took my suv.
