Iu2019ve been changing my oil with Valvoline express for years in different states and this was the worst experience by far. I had to ask if they no longer check for lights and tire air pressure to remind them that they did. Not friendly nor professional -techs on there phones instead of attending to customers/cars. No sticker for my car after I specifically asked for a window sticker and Iu2019m pretty sure they put the upgraded oil in my car without asking -i usually get an emailed but didnu2019t this visit. I will not be returning to that location which is unfortunate because itu2019s the closest to my house. Unexceptionable service.

I appreciate the fact that the employees did not try to pressure me to but other services but when I asked about the warning issues they fully explained the benefits of getting that particular part serviced with pictures on the screen. I am a visual person that this was perfect! I ended up not only getting my oil change, but I did a radiator flush as well as got my tires rotated. I am a single mom that relies on my car so I have to keep my car in top shape. The employees were helpful and double checked everything before I drove off. I will never return to Jiffy Lube!
