I was told how many vehicles were before me , then instructed where to park my car. From start to finish I was impressed with the inspection of parts of my car that are never thought of. The service person showed me the filthy air filter , explained the purpose of it relating to my car. Never forced me to purchase. Common sense was an indication to listen and change it considering it has only been changed once since purchasing the car years ago. The additive in my gas tank was also appreciated. Additionally I had a coupon in my emails which assisted with the total. Everyone likes to save when possible. Yes , I'm a very satisfied customer.

I had to wait 50 minutes for an oil change then I star asking what’s was the delays no body answered or seemed to care I saw cars after me leave rapidly … I asked again staff was not honest with the right answer very unprofessional

Every time I go something seems off. I waited 22 minutes for the oil to be drained. Then I watched as the staff sat around as I waited. Finally I said is anyone going to drain the oil. Then they picked the wrong filter. When the drain plug was out back in it was only hand tightened. I said something and 10 min later someone came to tighten. Your team once left my oil filter loose. Discovered when I drove away and oil was everywhere. I find that your staft are not focused. La la land. They could not even check my tire pressure because you don’t have a working compressor.

The gentlemen helping me was good but the steps for everything was not in the correct order. I usually pay when everything is done not before the job was completed so I started my car after paid. The mechanic lady came from under and was basically who told them to start their car and when she got underneath she was like I’m not giving no extra oil ! Like if I paid for a full oil change and some other guy walked up and tried to show me my oil level. Just that experience was horrible I won’t be back. Thank You Again

They never checked the windshield wipers, they did not check the headlights, they did not check the license plate lights, I had one burned out and they fined me, nor the turn signals, they did not put the sticker for the next service. I am really disgusted and disappointed with the service provided on this occasion.
