When I drove up there was 1 care waiting in the 2 bays I was told to take the left even though the hood had been up for some time. My line didn't move very fast. The 2 cars in the right line got into and done in the bay before the car infront of me got into the bay. I waited an hour to get in, when there was only 2 cars infront of me( the one in the bay and the car infront of me in the line.) No one came to tell me what was taking so long or apologize for the wait. When i finally got into the bay I was told they were busy with no apology.
