The service was great. However, the store was to open at 8:00 am. Many employees were waiting outside for the store to open. The person opening the store did not arrive until 8:20 am. The employees jumped into action and got to work immediately with excellent customer service. I spent more time waiting for the store to open then I did for the entire oil change. Hopefully, this does not happen often as the reason I go here is for the speedy service and waiting for the store to open almost caused me to leave to go to another location.

someone came through the line to explain how long the wait would be. It was a long wait and I appreciated that I always hate driving in. Someone patiently directed me in. I appreciated that as always. The rest of the service I don’t know what happened they were in such a rush, the pricing was ridiculous and the person who rang me up had no interest in waiting for me to find the coupon believe me your pricing needs a coupon. There were things that I don’t think were checked and I’m seriously considering not returning. I’ve gone to Valvoline for YEARS. This was the first experience where I was really dissatisfied. The man who directed me and directed me out as well, and had a nice smile. Really need to think about the next oil change.
