I got an oil change about 4 weeks ago now. I paid for the high milage. I got new windshield wipers, headlights and brake light I believe. When I left I still heard the rattling noise on my car but i assumed it would stop after my oil change cycled through. I took my car back in last week because the rattling noise never stopped only for them to tell me I had NO OIL in my car. Never in a thousand oil changes has my car ran out of oil in 4 weeks and no I do not have any leaks. Their excuse was Kia burn oil fast. No. I have never had my oils change done by them I usually do take five. I ended up having to pay $40 for a top off. I am almost sure I was not given enough oil on my prior visit which is unacceptable seeing that I paid over $200 for my services. I am not happy about my experience.
