I did have a positive experience. However, I have had 2 vehicles in there in the last month and the service is not consistent. My first visit was very positive. They checked my cabin air filter without my asking, they asked me if I wanted the differential serviced and explained that it was extra and the cost.My second visit they did not offer to differential service, nor did they want to check the cabin air filter. I had to ask for it. For both visits they didn't want to give me a receipt. They said they would email it and the first visit they never did and we had to call to request one. We are a business and we have to have a receipt to turn in. The second visit I mentioned that they never sent the first receipt and they said huh, maybe it didn't go through. And what do you know he gave me a printed receipt. I don't appreciate that I have to beg for a receipt.
