From the moment my tires rang the bell a staff was there. Kind, friendly, always checking if I had questions, explaining the process. Service was fast. I even watched the staff handle a very dissatisfied customer. They were apologetic, didn't argue, discussed information, made the customer feel heard, apologized for my delay. The only pause I have is the price. There are other quick stop locations with full synthetic oil changes for half the price. That will be a factor going forward.

I have been going to the same Valvoline for many many years. The last time that I went at the beginning of February I was not able to get my oil change because they did not have my filter in stock and asked me if I wanted to go buy one at an auto parts store and come back. Obviously, I said no because that defeats the purpose of a drive-through oil change place, but that was after waiting behind a vehicle that was broken down for about 20 minutes then I was moved to another bay where I waited almost 30 minutes, but yet still was not able to get the service. When I returned this past week I was able to get an oil change because I did verify they had my filter in stock before we even started , however the technician below could not figure out where my oil filter was to change it. They literally had to Google to find out where the oil filter was. I have never had such problems with Valvoline before I have had several vehicles that I take here, but I am not so sure that I will continue to go because the cost is astronomical and I’m not sure everyone really knows what they are doing .

Did nt get a headlight safety check, air filter was not shown to me, tech I think did not speak very clearly, it took longer than normal, think it was just a in and out oil change, I ll start my 3 strike rule this is strike one. Look I am not mad just very dis appointed .
