I had a very refreshing experience today @ the Valvoline Instant Oil Change located @ 1113 N. Semoran Blvd. Orlando, Fl 32707.I have been using Tuffy Auto Service for the last 5 years and hate the experience. I always felt pressured by the upsells. I knew the routine and dreaded the visit. An then the full service experience such as the included tire rotation etc. was somehow unavailable but not told until the service began.I was so happy with the service I received from CSR: Joseph and his team Manuel & Riley. They discovered a possible oil pan gasket leak and topped off my oil until I can get it repaired.Joseph was very clear in his explanations and helpful is an under statement. This is why when I'm ready for my oil change after the gasket repair. I will definitely return and also, have my transmission oil changed/flushed as well.I don't normally take the time to share compliments as I should but today I felt the need to give them the kudos they deserve. Top off oil level to highest top off point AND remember to reset dash notice info.When I returned days later to reset dash light, I had them oil level as a caution and was told level was low and wanted $8.50 to top it off. I didn't get an appropriate reply when asked why the level was not filled days earlier.I been going to this location for many years but will NOT return.

Your employee broke my oil dipstick. Employee broke the handle and wrote it up on the paper work as already broken. I had to ask for the broken part of the dipstick he already put the dipstick Back in and tossed the handle. I'm not real happy!!!

Simple Valvoline at 1315 Semaron manager Maylei only person to touch my oil change on 11/11/23 did a great job no comments of any broken oil filter housing. She and her team have been the only Valvoline to do my car without worry. Due to closing store we had no choice to go to this location 2/25 up for my next change, not even told right away the item above was broken it was placed as upon arrival in comments. This is a lie and not true statement unless either way. This holds both of your locations liable to the break. Either the last person or the people who had no confidence to even place a back windshield wiper correctly. Don't sit in front of people and lie period. This visit was quick to state other problems but until I question about the comment it was not bought up to my attention. One because you guys can't just fix what u broke in my car so give me a credit back towards it. I been have in your system for a long time customer and this is your guys customer service. Completely ridiculous.
