I am extremely disappointed and upset with the service at this Valvoline location in Alafaya. My car is still basically brand new with less than 20,000 miles on it, and they could not even handle a simple oil change without messing up the underbody cover. They told me only one clip was missing and that they used a zip tie. When I got home and checked, I found three clips missing, and it looks like they removed a screw from another underbody cover and used it on the oil access cover just to keep it from falling down. That is careless, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I should not have to inspect my car after an oil change to make sure the cover is secure. I would not trust this location with my vehicle again, and I do not recommend them at all.
