Hunters Creek Town Loop

I came in about 10 minutes before closing and asked if they could rotate my tires. I was just planning to ask and come back the next day, but the guys told me to pull in and they’d take care of it. They got everything done quickly and checked all the lug nuts to make sure they were properly tightened. Everyone was polite and friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back here for my next oil change.

I’ve been coming to this location for oil changes for years with several different vehicles and have always had a good experience. One of the main reasons I continue to come here is because of the convenience and quick drive-through service they advertise. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. They did not have the oil filter needed for my vehicle in stock, and an employee had to leave the location to get one. Considering my vehicle is newer and this was simply a routine oil change, I was surprised that such a basic part wasn’t readily available. What I expected to be a quick 15–30 minute stop turned into more than an hour of sitting in my vehicle, with the engine off and in the heat, waiting for the employee to return with the correct filter. I had specifically chosen this location because I had other errands to complete before work and expected the quick, convenient service I’ve received here in the past. What made the experience even more disappointing was that, despite the significant delay and inconvenience, no compensation, discount, or other accommodation was offered. I understand that occasionally something may be out of stock, but when a business prides itself on fast, drive-through oil changes, having commonly needed parts available—or at least making an effort to acknowledge the customer’s inconvenience when they are not—is an important part of good customer service. Hopefully this was an isolated issue, because until now I’ve always had positive experiences at this location.
