I went to get my transmission flushed and was greeted with just an oil change right? I said no it’s a little more annoying then that I need my transmission flushed. The guy then walked away and made another worker come ask me. As he was doing the job the other two employees were talking very loudly about some nonsense and then talked about how they didn’t even know how to do their own transmission. I then asked if there was anything else that needed to be done to the car to help it run smoother and another employee looked at the one that was helping me and kept shaking his head no and visibly waving his finger back and forth in a way saying no. I had money to flush the alternator being as I was told previously by your staff that it needed to be done. Instead I was rushed out. No hello greeting or anything just get it done and out. I even went early for it to be busy .

They sold me and oil cap in the past and they could not find it in the system, That same oil cap was broken at the time they pull it out to change the oil so I had to buy another one. The old oil cap only lasted for about a year and half or so. The original toyota oil cap lasted me more than 3 years and it was made out of plastic in the other hand the one they sold me was metal, which it was supposed to last longer, but did not.
