I have been coming here for years. I had someone else work on my car today and they told me my oil filter is OLD AND LEAKING. I just got the oil done a few days ago. I heard them whispering they "didn't have the right one" but I didn't realize it was actually my oil filter they're talking about. Unacceptable and negligent. This is an ethical violation before all else. A breach of trust. I can't believe something like this happens at a National brand like Valvoline. Especially somewhere I've been going for years. Makes me wonder how much contribution this behavior had on the demise of my last vehicle? I will be forced to take legal recourse through my company if this is not rectified accordingly.
