This was my first oil change at Valvoline and I am absolutely satisfied with the service I was given. By the paper printed, I was helped by Afzal and Joshua did the bottom of the vehicle. I only interacted with Afzal, he was friendly, polite, explained every detailed I needed to know and answered every question I made. Gave me suggestions, why’s and prices. I will definitely be going back to this location and gave my husband a $10 off coupon good for 48 hours when bringing a second car that I was given.

Untrained staff almost damaged my vehicle. Engine was about to fry. “Hot Engine” warning displayed, and that happened because the coolant reservoir was empty after a radiator flush I requested your team to do. They flushed the radiator, and didn’t make sure whether or not the put the right amount on of coolant. The worst service a customer can ever get. Do you really care about customer experience?! wonder!
