First thing a 10 min oil change shouldn't take close to 2 hrs. Service was preformed attendant realized that to much oil was in veichial. He wanted to remove some he was assuming that all of old oil wasn't removed when air vac was attempted. Attendant wanted to just remove oil instead of draining properly and performing service over again. After it was decided to drain veichial from underneath and replace oil they purposely dragged there a.... at least another hr. I was sitting in vehicle wait no one ever apologized once. Need I say more. NEVER AGAIN.

I had to ask twice to get my air pressure chkd, isn't it standard to chk air filter, tire pressure, lights and signals , wipers etc? None of these were asked I had to ask for signals ,lights and air pressure and only air pressure was done. I know I need an air filter and wiper blades which I would have paid for if was asked. This used to be a good store run by comp standards, not so much anymore. I have gone to this location several yrs , they have always been slow but service used to be better. I'm not sure if I will go back. Very disappointed.
