Scott was incredibly friendly and made great conversation while I was waiting. I only intended to do an oil change, but he shared with me some great insight and suggestions on services I should get done and/or be planning for in the future based on the year and mileage on my car. I never felt pressured and honestly appreciated the delivery of the information. When visiting an actually Kia dealer for service, I always feel pressured, so this genuine care about my car and my personal safety while on the rode made me feel more comfortable with spending the extra money on a few of the suggestions that fit with my budget on this visit.

The miles on the vehicle were 15,027 but the invoice and the sticker were left with 13,027. Additionally, the oil is full synthetic, for 6,000 miles, but the sticker stuck on the vehicle only says 3,000 miles for the next oil change. I mentioned to the person who assisted me that I had a coupon, he responded that he had already included it, however when he told me how much the amount to pay was I had to tell him that he had not discounted the coupon.
