Been bringing our vehicles to this valvaoline for many years. Seemed like there was a new guy working today who had no clue what he was doing and was not being properly guided. Rather than having him work on a standard Honda civic someone decided to allow him to work on the Frod Bronco I brought in which he had no idea where my oil filter even was. After me having to show these guys how to close the hood of my car I was full at able to leave. After leaving I didnu2019t feel comfortable with the services that were provided I decided to inspect my car to discover oil completely everywhere on my car. I drove back to see if they could make it right and help clean up the oil spillage all over my $70,000 vehicle. They said no problem we will pull you back in the bay and correct it right away. They then allowed multiple cars to go through and I no longer felt like they could correct the mistakes. I paid $90 for a shotty oil change and was offered no form of compensation. I have photos if you so request. Something needs to be done to make this right.
