I believe customers should always receive proper documentation for the work done. I also noticed something concerning during the service. When the technician checked the oil level, some **oil droplets spilled onto different parts of the engine** while pulling out the dipstick. This isn’t ideal because oil residue can remain there, collect dust over time, and create a mess in the engine bay later. Overall, the location is good, but these issues left me uncertain about the quality and transparency of the service.
