You have a lovely young lady working in the Bay who I was absolutely impressed with. Believe her last name is garcia. I wanted to say how much just speaking with her and the fact that your staff was able to change my airfilter and replace my windshield wipers even though I did not buy them from Valvoline they still installed them for me. The young lady that I spoke with went over several things that I was very concerned about it and honestly she put my mind with the recommended repairs. I highly recommend this site been going there for years.

They spoiled oil down the side of my engine. They half way attempted to clean it and rinsed it with water. Water does nothing to clean oil. Now I have oil spots on my carport. The carpet smelled like burned oil when I got home and there was white smoke coming from under my hood.

They never check my tire pressure. They didn't check my lights. And they didn't give me a milage sticker for my next visit. I had to ask them to check my tires and my lights. And I had to come back to the shop and request the sticker. That's when they told me the sticker machine was broken. In the past, I didn't have to ask for light checking and tire pressure check. And if they didn't have a sticker, they would tell me before hand. They we're sloppy on small details. That gives a bad image for that store.
