Soy cliente regular de Valvoline. Realizo el cambio de aceite cada mes y medio para ambos vehículos: mi SUV ($112 – full synthetic) y mis dos camiones diésel ($350 – full synthetic + filtro diésel, por cada vehículo).
Hoy solo me acerqué para solicitar que revisaran la presión de las llantas y me informaron que debía pagar por este servicio. Esto me sorprendió, ya que en otras ocasiones este chequeo se ha realizado sin cargo adicional, tanto en esta misma locación como en otras.
¿Así es como se atiende la fidelidad de los clientes?

I’m a regular Valvoline customer. I get my oil changed every month and a half for both of my vehicles — my SUV ($112 full synthetic) and my two diesel truck ($350 full synthetic + diesel filter, each service ).
Today, I stopped by only to ask for a tire pressure check, and I was told I would be charged for it. This was surprising, since on previous occasions this service has been provided at no additional cost, both at this location and at others.
Is this how customer loyalty is treated?

Fig was a life-saver, I've been coming here for over a year now and everyone here is always great! The Mechanics are all very transparent and are willing to provide proof of issues instead of gaslighting you for cash. Keep up the great work guys!
