They told me that I needed a battery replacement and showed me on a tablet some sort of picture that it was in the red. But they did not give me a breakdown of the cost and I chose to take care of it myself. When I went to two different locations to have my battery tested, they said that my battery was working fine. I think this is a little dishonest and an attempt to sell me a battery when I didnu2019t need it. I was even advised by somebody at the AutoZone that checked my battery to report this to corporate because this isnu2019t right and seems like a scam

Actually it was good. It was good to see young people in this field of work. I just don't believe in 5Star grading. Nothing is perfect in this world. There will always be something, even minute discrepancies cancels the 5. Fig, Parker, and the other young man who installed the new battery (sorry, I did not get his name) were very professional. Not sure how often the shop service an 2018 V6 F150XLT. At one point they let me back the truck a slight bit. I have a regular aluminum drain plug and not the plastic ones. The plug is located below to the front passenger side. Reason the location of the drain plug. In this process, they forgot that the new oil filter was laying on the path of my driver front wheel. it got run over by when I backed the truck. I have to question, if they will install the run over oil filter. Parker replied, no, we will replace. and replacement they did. I write this to you to make technician aware, especially why was the filter in that location?
