Stay away from this place. The people working here clearly do not know what they are doing, and their customer service is extremely poor. The supposed supervisor, Victor, does not even know how to communicate with customers respectfully. He was rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic customer service skills. I brought my Audi here for an oil change. After the service, they had no idea how to properly reset the system, so the car still displays a “Service Required” message on the dashboard. On top of that, the car used to display the oil level, and now it no longer does. They apparently have no idea how to fix that either. If they do not know how to work on European cars, they should have a sign clearly stating: “We do not accept European vehicles because we do not know how to properly service them.” Customers deserve to know that before trusting them with their vehicles. What makes the situation worse is that instead of acknowledging the problem and offering a solution, the staff became rude and dismissive. If you are going to service vehicles like Audi, your staff should know how to properly complete the service, including resetting the vehicle’s system afterward. And if there is a problem, the minimum expectation is professional and respectful customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here.

Do not go here if you do your own oil changes They will strip your bolt. Make sure that it’s so impacted into your oil pan that you will never get it off and if you do get it off, you’re just getting the head of the bolt off because it’s gonna snap. They do not know what they’re doing here.
