Reggie and his crew clearly let me know my timeframe for potential work (engine coolant as well as oil change) and the pricing. They all were clear and cool, despite the summer heat. While they completed the oil change they also checked on my engine cooling system, which ended up having a crack in the radiator. Reggie informed me of this, did not charge me for the beginning of the work, and advised me on what to do and what to expect for fair pricing at a shop.
