The team member who was going over additional services recommended began to tell me about them but never told me pricing, he took a phone call then walked away and I had to ask for them as well as ask for the service to be done. I heard this same team member speak openly about having almost lost his job already which made me a bit uncomfortable. Several team members were speaking openly and negatively about customers behaviors

I think every employee knows what they’re doing but they look like robots and also I did not see any supervisor making sure that everything was under control. I saw one of the team members that looks like a MIT because everyone was asking him all the time but he was working on another car like the rest of the team.

I felt embarrassed not to buy a new battery for my car. They didn’t explaim me well and I understand nothing about cars. So the staff told me the price of new battery that was $250. So after that I paid I saw the receipt and it was charge me $20 extra for the battery. Plus service and tax. I paid a lot of money in a service that took me long time waiting and the staff told me a wrong price. I won’t come back there anymore!

The service was completed quickly once we were in the bay and there was no pressure to buy anything other than the basic oil change. One dislike was the line for service was split between the two bays and they were not organizing it to ensure the people were serviced first come first serve. I’ve seen other valvoline do that. I’d one line moves faster they have the cars in that line back up to let on the ones from the other lane who waited longer.
